According to the report, the Israeli PM on December 10 warned the new rulers in Syria not to follow in the footsteps of the previous regime of Iran-backed ousted President Bashar al-Assad.
The report said that the warning came as the new regime in Syria is taking shape with Mohammed al-Bashir being appointed as the country’s caretaker Prime Minister. Al-Bashir previously headed the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham-led de facto government in Syria’s Idlib province.
The report added that following Netanyahu’s warning, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei released a video statement. He claimed that Iran has evidence that the toppling of Assad was a result of a plan by the US, Israel, and one of Syria’s neighbors that he didn’t name.
Khamenei is constantly rambling about Israel. He better shut up and mind his own business with the Iranians who suffer from your s worst ideologies. Khamenei is losing his mind, blaming America.
