Most entrepreneurs use to neglect the importance of physical location of their business. Some businesses thrieve in some environments. For instance, you are likely to make more sales if you are selling stationary products near a school. Another example, a pharmaceutical store is more likely to sell more drugs if they are close to hospital.
An entrepreneur should do research around a particular environment and identify if his business will thrieve in such location.
