Strong earthquake and power outages in Japan

it has been reported that very strong earthquake has struck off the coast of southwestern Japan -and this has brought about power outages in parts of Taiwan.

There was a Tsunami warnings after the quake which the magnitude was about 7.5 - with residents in coastal areas warned to evacuate.

Japan's meteorological agency has stated that the quake is shallow, which can bring huge damage.Television footage show buildings in the eastern city of Hualien being collapsed, and it had been discovered that people are trapped inside.

Is this was in Japan or Singapur? Singapur was hit by earthquake and Japan felt it and send warning for tsunami.

Japan was also affected even though there were earlier warnings but they were hit as well.
