Suicide is real its scary you go to a store or a job early in the morning not knowing someone out there has passed away cold haven't been discovered yet,i heard about Suicide since growing up trying to understand what is happening to someone's mind before he/she commit suicide. Every day I pray for people who are going through a lot to find strength, joy and light in their own challenges, its a blessing when we see a new day truly is & shouldn't be taken lightly.

Starting a day with gratitude fills your soul with peace and calmness no matter what happens during the day the heart will be filled with joy because everyday you counted your blessings not taking life for granted,we don't know each other here in DB but people sharing posts not realizing that someone here is going through a lot lets check and pray for one another.🧡

You’re absolutely right suicide is a heavy reality, and it reminds us that we never truly know the silent battles people are facing. Starting each day with gratitude can be a powerful anchor, giving us peace and perspective even in difficult times.
Checking in on others, offering a kind word, or simply being present can make a bigger difference than we realize. Sometimes, just knowing someone cares can bring light to someone’s darkest moment.
Every new day really is a blessing. Let’s keep choosing kindness, lifting each other up, and spreading hope wherever we can.
How do you personally ground yourself in gratitude when life feels overwhelming?

There are so many persons we see on a daily basis, we laugh with them, talk with them and so on but deep down they are struggling with depression and contemplating suicide.

l observe my blessings that I have now I also look at my past successes and dreams that are still in my hands currently cooking, this is a blessing on its on,the of the best is Meditation be still breath and visualize your future self, I realize that other people out there are in worse conditions can't even move while sick for example lets say I have a flu and be able to move and do other things i think of those who can't even kneel to pray,I pray for them to be better and that's why I count my blessings everyday with emotions and feelings 🙏 what about you have been in a difficult situation?
