Swing trading vs Day trading: Which do you prefer?

There are different strategies to benefit from crypto investment. Two popular ways is Swing Trading and Day Trading.

Which works best for you between the two? For me, I am more comfortable with Swing Trading. Three months is always my target timeframe.
