Swiss farmers demand fair milk prices

Farmers across Switzerland are demanding fair milk prices, and I can’t blame them. For me, the most relevant aspect is the survival of small farms. Personally, I think it’s heartbreaking to see hardworking families struggle to stay afloat. What surprises me is how little attention policymakers give to rural voices. For me, the most important step is reforming supply chains. In the end, I believe protecting agriculture is essential for food security.
