Switzerland is expanding apprenticeship programs, and that’s inspiring. For me, the most relevant aspect is opportunity for young people. Personally, I think it’s fascinating how practical training builds careers. What surprises me is the global interest in this model. For me, the most important thing is accessibility, ensuring all students benefit. In the end, I believe apprenticeships strengthen both society and the economy, proving that education can be hands-on and effective.
