Synching SIM message when tablet is started

I am getting synching sim message when I start my Lenovo tablet. Does anyone else get a similar message when they start their tablet or smartphone, and what could be the reason for this message?

This is pretty normal for all smartphones and the like your data has to sync to ensure all the datas are up to date, then again it's possible for your sim to still receive messages while it's off, so it needs to sync to ensure you get these messages.
