Taking love oath

Love oath? It is my first time hearing about this. Is there a ceremony involved?
A lot of times no ceremony is involved. it is just a secret thing done by two lovers. promising themselves not to love another till. death do them part.
It will make them to trust each other and to remember those love oath they made when they get married, but that doesn't mean that a person will respect and keep the oath they maid, many peoples take a love oath and sill cheat and dump their partner.
Your last line is apt. You can't just rule that out with some people. They are perpetual cheats and can't just help it
I have seen some peoples do that even after they have a love oath, its disgusting to see that.

I'm not for that love oath. Trusting each other is the real instrument for a relationship to last till eternity.

Exactly, if they trust each other hey don't have to have some oath to keep them together.
Yeah love oath doesn't still stop others from cheating. So it might just be a waste of time
