According to the report, the Tampa Police Department has released new aerial video showing a pursuit ahead of a crash that killed four pedestrians and injured 13 others at a business in Ybor City.
During the pursuit, police said the driver traveled down a busy 7th Avenue and lost control of the car, crashing into the patio area of Bradley's On 7th, striking a crowd of people.Police said they arrested the 22-year-old driver, Silas Sampson on multiple charges. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office released footage of Sampson being booked into jail.
But the criminal was charged only for 11 years in prison. He killed 4 and injured 13 people. That is so lame for killing 4 people. It should be 25 years. I am sure they are going to let him go after a few years. Stupid justice system. Cops should not give chase if there are crowds of pedestrians in the area, i.e, an area with night clubs, restaurants and residential areas.
