On Thursday morning at around 5:58 AM, a 5.7-magnitude earthquake struck Tarlac City, as reported by PHIVOLCS (the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology). The earthquake was felt in various areas of the city. PHIVOLCS has indicated that there are no significant damages anticipated as a result of the tremor.
