According to the report, 18-year-old Anna Kepner was reportedly found strangled to death aboard a Carnival cruise ship, and while the FBI has not made an arrest, her family says her 16-year-old stepbrother is a suspect.

The teen’s parents’ own attorney referenced him as a suspect in a separate custody hearing, and disturbing claims have surfaced about his alleged behavior toward Anna. However, her grandparents insist the two had a normal sibling relationship.

Anna’s father is now speaking out publicly, saying he wants whoever is responsible to face consequences, even if that person is his stepson.

This was weeks ago, and until now, it was not resolved as to who the criminal was. It is obvious that it was the stepson, the killer, who murdered her to death. They shouldn't have slept in one room. That aggravated the criminal stepson to strangle the teen victim. That criminal must be arrested.
