The killer, a 19-year-old A'darius Jashawn Williams, was arrested for the murder of high school student and football player Brandon Smith, 17.

Smith's high school football team played their state championship game just days after his death, according to local outlet WSB. The outlet said that the team chose to play the game in Smith's. It is said that Cooper allegedly helped Williams kill Smith just days before playing the state championship game in his honor. The two are now in a County Jail.
