Temperatures in Pakistan cross 52 degrees Celsius — that’s more than 125°F

Temperatures in Pakistan's southern province of Sindh surpassed 52 degrees Celsius (125.6 degrees Fahrenheit) on Monday, the highest reading of the summer and close to the country's record high during a long heat wave, according to the meteorological office. Temperatures in Mohenjo Daro, a town in Sindh known for ancient monuments extending back to the Indus Valley Civilization, which was founded in 2500 BC, have risen as high as 52.2 C (126 F) in the previous 24 hours, according to Shahid Abbas, a senior official with the Pakistan Meteorological Department. Pakistan is the fifth most vulnerable country to the effects of climate change.

It's hard to survive at such a high temperature. The best thing one can do to save this earth from such climatic change is to plant trees. I hope we may then be able to save the earth from such hot weather.

This summer will be record and to warm. In Croatia, SE Europe May is usually rainy with 26C. This year we had few rains but temperatures are most time over 30C during day. At night is 17-18C.

That's a high one there and yes I support your motion that we need to start planting trees. Hopefully it would help with heat and hot weather reduction

How good is water supply in Pakistan? Are all town and villages covered with city water system or they collect water from well?

I hope other countries as well take planting of trees very seriously. it would help the environment be a lot cooler also.
