Terrible mistakes in business

Have you committed a terrible mistake in your business? I'm new to both online and offline business and so fortunate because I wasn't able to commit a terrible mistake in business but my competitor committed just recently. I haven't told you that I already have a milk tea selling business competitor. The person or owner rented a space near my location. I ignored the presence of my rival. I told my staff to just do their job. My business is not affected. It's always gaining.

And then after two weeks, my business rival committed a terrible mistake. She quarreled two customers for a shallow reason. The next day the two persons knife pointed her and she shouted for help. The two suspects were on motorcycle and still at large. It's learned the two guys were so angry for being shouted because of a wrong change. So my rival was closing her business maybe temporarily. Lesson learned, it's not good to be rude and toxic business person.
