One of the things that makes customers to detest a particular business person is when they struggle with anger. They can easily shout on customers and staff. What do you think are the negative effect to the business if the business owner has anger issues?

Anger can damage relationships with colleagues, clients, and employees. Frequent outbursts can create a tense and uncomfortable work environment.

That could affect the interest of the customers and the workers. However, I haven't encountered operators here in my place, high-tempered. Business owners are not seen or are not showing. There are designated employees handling their tasks accordingly.
