We’ve all had frustrating experiences with banks, right? Maybe a surprise fee, awful customer service, or just feeling ignored. What’s the worst experience you’ve had that made you close your account and never look back? For me, it was a combination of hidden charges and being treated like a number rather than a customer. Share your story, I’m sure some of them are brutal but worth knowing for others.

My bank once refused me counter withdrawal and said I must use my ATM card. And I wasn't with the card. I was furious and wanted to open the account. They had to beg me not to. And paid me cash.
