The best reason for moving an alternative exchanger

So I understand that most crypto investors use different types of exchanges and wallets. However there should be reasons behind one moving from one exchanger or wallet to the other. For me the one l used failed to receive coins from another wallet giving an excuse, the currency don't match the receiving wallet. So l quit and gone for another exchange that done the same transaction transaction seamlessly.
