The Chief medical office in my city government hospital is recruiting less security guards but showing more number security employees in pen and paper. He is misappropriating funds. This misappropriation of funds might be continuing in many government hospitals and that's the reason they are shambles. The public and the law experts should come together to stop this embezzlement of public fund.
