When you manage a business always remember the welfare of the workers and the customers. Though we can't please all people but at least do your part to get a good feedback from customers and workers. The workers are your right hands so treat them fairly the same way to customers.

What makes a business disgusting? Well, if it's not clean, if the displays are not organized, price tags are inconsistent, workers are like morons who don't assist the customers and foremost, the cashier department has no control. There's no first come first serve policy. It's truly disgusting. I will never enter s business center like that. I may quarrel the cashier.

Haha, I did not apply though since I was already working somewhere else, and it won't be fair to just leave where I was working suddenly.

Yes the distance was also far, where I was working I could easily walk down and still meetup.

We can be successful within our boundaries. Patience and consistency are good partners to succeed. It may take time but not forever.
