There are those difficult customers that can't be pleased. They make sure they stress the hell out of you as a business person. But there are loyal clients that have always patronized you for years. How do you manage the emotional burden of having to deal with the difficult clients?
 
In doing business, we may encounter difficult customers from time to time. It can be stressful and frustrating. But just keep in mind that this is a fact of life. Don't take it too seriously if the customer is being unreasonable. Do what you can. And if you really cannot handle that person, ignore him/her.
 
Even entrepreneurs and business managers are humans and might be forced to react if a customer abuses them verbally. It is indeed not easy.
