The greatest thing that can happen to your business is to have one staff that believes in your vision.

There are some variables that would just ease your journey as an entrepreneur. And one of them is having a staff that absolutely believes in your business and vision. Those staff can do anything for the business. They work late and inconvenience themselves for the organisation.

The caveat though is that you should never take those kind of staff for granted as a business owner because when they change their minds about your business, they are gone forever.

Such staff are always the lifewire of any organisation. Any organisation that doesn't have one or two of such staff would not find things as easier than one that actually does.

That's right the truth is that you always need just a person to help you achieve a thing. Too much hands sometimes spoil the broth

For me, it is better that I run with a single staff that understands my vision, and believes in it enough than have too many staff that don't give a damn about my business.
