The hangover 4?

The hangover is one of my favorite comedy movie, i really lough and enjoy watching the hangover movie, the 4 guys trying to remember what they did at night and they don't have any idea what they have been through, its very funny.
But the movie only have 3 parts and they was working part 4 but still its not out because of some issue with the production team, do you think the hangover 4 will be release it?

I have seen these films twice and I find them very funny because I love comedies. But for some reason it seems to me that there will be no 4th part, or if there will be, it will be with other actors and not very soon
