I really had been amazed by the prices for the fresh water in my location. We actually have a shortage for now and the water vendors have just hicked the prices up.

Well, for a very long time we have not had the water crisis issues and it is quite a good one for us
In my country, even though it has a tropical climate with lots of rain, flowing rivers and fertile soil, the price of fresh water is higher than gasoline, and the source of clean fresh water has been controlled by the licensees of bottled mineral water companies.
In my city, the price of fresh water is also high. We import water from Mainland China and the price they charge is high.
