Is Rwanda becoming the superpower of Africa, or is the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo simply incompetent?

--In green: The DRC, with a population of over 112 million inhabitants.
--In orange: Rwanda, with a population of around 14.5 million inhabitants.

The DRC accuses Rwanda (in orange) of invading its territory (in green) by supporting the M23 rebel group.

Despite its vast size and resources, the DRC has relied on extensive external assistance to help them attach Rwanda but they have failed, including hiring over 2,000 European mercenaries (mostly Romanian), of whom nearly 300 were captured by M23 rebels in January 2025 after the fall of Goma.

The Congolese government has also deployed SADC troops, Burundian forces, collaborates with FDLR and Wazalendo militias, receives training from Belgian teams! All this hasn't worked

Now Congo is running to America offering to give them their minerals to help them fight Rwanda.

What is this small country called Rwanda made of?

By small we mean very small! Rwanda is roughly 1.1% the size of the DRC.
