The idea of smart cities in India proved to be a disaster during rainy season.

Most of cities in India are water logged with drain mixed with rain water entering many house. People in city are very with the way the smart city drainage system and roads have been built. The drains are rarely cleaned and the cause of people's discomfort during the rainy season. In my city the NDRF had to come to the rescue of many people whose houses had water as high as 6ft. It's high time the government makes rapid improvements.

It's all because of bad drainage system which is not cleaned properly. Some citizens of Rourkela are very dirty, they throw anything they like into drain.
