There are reasons why there is an impact of business turnover especially to the high staff of the business center or company. The impact includes decreased productivity, increased recruitment costs, avoidable time spent on training new employees, and lost sales. Having experienced this in a business with high staff turnover, there is low employee morale and productivity rates. The business owner must not allow this to happen. he needs to upgrade the positions of his employees and their skills so that the sales will not run down. Employee morale is needed and that matters most for the employees to work harder and side with the goals of the business owner. If they are not taken care of, then losing will be experienced in the end.
 
The business owner must check the updates of his business, see the strengths and weaknesses, and do innovations and weekly inventory to avoid this kind of problem. It seems like the owner goes back to the very beginning traring the staff.
