The Indian budget - Will it creat self sustaining jobs

The budget session of India was presented today by the finance minister. She shows that there was poverty eradication to a great extent. How far is it true when there's job crisis and immense inflation? People are going without jobs and without food.

In my opinion, in general the government has made the state budget properly and correctly, even all posts have received their respective shares, but in practice there are often leaks/corruption so that the budget will be reduced, and of course this will have a bad impact on the lives of lower society.

Excepting the rich I think no other section will benefit from the budget.
