The Indian legal system is getting crazy about stray dogs.

Stray dogs roaming about in the streets are deprived of food and shelter. Some dog lovers like me throughout India feed them and some even try to keep them warm in winter by giving them warm blankets to sleep or building temporary shelters for them. These dogs are mentally stressed and therefore sometimes pounce on passersby and bite them. Those who hate animals now want stray dogs to be killed and want the highest court to hold the dog lovers accountable for every bite the give to people walking on the roads. Isn't it ridiculous? The government should be responsible for not sterilizing them and vaccinating them.
