The mobile phone keeps on dropping to the floor,

For me l had been dropping my phone to the floor while lying on the sofa and more especially when l fell asleep. I have done that multiple times and the device is now becoming very slow to the internet connectivity. Should l purchase a new device?

The end of that mobile phone is so close as it keeps dropping to the floor too often. As much as possible, mobile phones should be prevented from falling.
