That classic line used to respond to customer problems that a business can't solve immediately. "We would get back to you" is that line

It doesn't hold water again in the business world. If the business can't give them immediate solution, they turn to a competitor.
 
In today's world, I would get back to you means that the customer should give you ten minutes to check their complaints and give them solutions. No customer now wants to be kept beyond 10 minutes to he gotten back to.
 
Lol whenever a Client tells me they will get back to me, I just completely remove my mind from them. If they do come back then we thank God for that, but if they don't, I don't feel upset cause i was expecting that.
