The Russian government has rejected Ukraine's 30 days deal ceasefire

The Russian government has rejected a proposal from Kyiv to extend a unilateral three-day ceasefire, declared by Russian President Vladimir Putin in early May, into a 30-day truce.

Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov confirmed that Moscow had reviewed the offer from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky but said several key issues must be resolved before any extended ceasefire can be considered. “Without answers to these questions, it is difficult to enter into a long-term ceasefire,” Peskov said, adding that this stance reflects President Putin’s position.

I think Russia is trying to put more pressure on Ukraine by rejecting the ceasefire! Russia have upper hand in the war and will not easily accept ceasefire because it will help Ukraine to breathe and think of next step to take.
