There are certain situations where a doctor would be needed to help with the eventual cause of death, when someone who is terminally ill, needs relief from their pain in the form of what is essentially assisted suicide.
Whatever the cause may be, do you think that doctors making someone who is terminally ill, comfortable enough to eventually make a stable and reasonable decision that allowing them to die, would be easier than trying to extend their life, regardless of the issues that the case may cause on the financial and emotional health of the individual and their family?
