Being overly kind can lead to abuse from others. That's the reason I dislike being too nice or kind. I've had people take advantage of my goodness/kindness, but I've since learned my lesson.

The bad thing is that people think one is dumb and try to take advantage right away as soon as possible.

MISUNDERSTANDING. This will happen if you are nice to someone. That person may think you like her or him. Being nice is an instinctive behavior of a person and we seldom see this attribute to anyone. Others misinterpret our actions as something malicious in their eyes and thinking if being nice to them.
The worst thing about being too nice is that you start being taken for granted and I have faced the situation.
People take advantage of you and trust me that is very common being nice is good however you also need to be aware of that being too nice is never going to end up well

There is nothing wrong with being nice. In fact it is one attribute that's rare to find these days. As long as one is clear with the limitations and boundaries, one js good to go with being nice. If you fail to set your limitations and boundaries with people around you, you are gullible and can be taken advantage of
You would taken for granted you need to be careful. You should know humans and their abuse of things
I have noticed that people are ruthless in exploiting those who are honest and nice to others. There are some cunning cheaters who are ruthless in defaming nice people, robbing everything from them to get no work, no investment government jobs.
The worst thing about being too nice is that people around you will not respect you of who you are. The notion is that when are too nice, they know that you will not get mad at them if they have done something wrong.
I really like to be nice to others, but a lot of people don't respect my nice attitude towards them and may see it as my weakness and therefore want to make fun of me
