Nigerian singer Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr P, has addressed the split from his twin brother and music partner, Paul Okoye (Rudeboy).

Speaking in a recent interview with Cool FM Lagos, Mr P said there is a unique joy that comes with pursuing a solo career.

“There’s a joy that comes with going solo. Please respect our decisions. We’ve tried it; it’s not working,” he said.

This comes months after Paul confirmed that P-Square had broken up again. The duo first split in 2016 and reunited in 2021.

He can't achieved anything without his twin brother! He is not top notched musician without his twin brother. Let them continue to be silly and other musicians will be cashing out large. It is very unfortunate and messy watching the two brothers making mockery of themselves!

If he fairs well in the music industry it's better for him to go solo.

I think they both need one another to still progress just like before. Because they are not doing so well going Solo
