Another person was running a bar close to her, and she opened a bar too. She is now selling groceries too. Every business person around hates her.

Can she survive with that kind of competition?

You can also leverage loyalty, a social media presence, and partnering with other businesses to attract more customers and stand out in the neighborhood.

That's stupidity. She would just keep wasting her money starting several businesses. And she would fail with most because she doesn't check if those businesses match her personality

As long as the hatred is still normal or does not act anarchically, even make slander, then the woman who lives in your area, as long as she runs the business honestly, has adequate skills, the woman will be able to survive such competition.
