I always manage my time abundantly on forums. I post early morning before heading to work for one hour, during break time in the morning and afternoon. In the evening before heading to sleep, I spend 1.5 hours.

I agree with you, but because my time is limited and I have to do other work, I only open and post when I have free time, especially in the morning before starting my daily activities, and I will also use my free time as best as possible so I can't make a tight schedule.
