During that time when l was running a kiosk business, Sometimes life was very boring that l could stay for like three to four hours without getting customer to buy something rather than getting multiple customers asking for change of the higher denomination value in my currency, Ksh 1000. Have you ever experienced the same?

That's the art of selling at a kiosk. Customers aren't always coming, but we have to be patient. While waiting for customers, you can read or write, or clean the kiosk. To prevent customers from asking for change, you can use app payments or e-wallets via QR codes.

I completely understand the hustle and bustle of the kiosk. There are days when there are no customers and then suddenly someone brings you a single bill and wants change. That stress is classic for a small business. Cash flow is tight and you find yourself working to change money instead of selling products. Many have gone through that experience and it teaches you patience and to be organized with a float of coins and small notes so you don't get stranded.

I have never fully experienced this though but i understand. You can simply reject some of the offers, tell them you don't have cause at the end of the day, you need those changes for paying customers.
