Touchscreen problem for specific app on Redmi phone

There is a touchscreen problem for an app installed on a Redmi phone , otherwise the touchscreen is functioning properly. Despite pressing on the verify button repeatedly , it is not getting verified, usually in the morning. Is it because the phone is hacked, and how to prevent the hacking?

If this issue only happens when you use the app, then the issue might be the app, maybe it's hanging or it's not compatible with your phone.

Nothing related to hacking. What type of app is in question? Maybe there is some ad over verify button. Maybe app owner disable button for some time.

The simple explanation is that the app is not compatible with the soft key configuration on your phone. You would have to think of either upgrading or downgrading the app.

That kind of brands are not popular in my country and so the spare parts for that products are hardly found here. That's why l could not patronise on them.
