Tried everything to make my business popular but it just is not working.

There is a business that I know. They have done everything that is humanly possible to make the business get popularity. But it simply is not working. Talk of boosted video contents, talk of billboard advertising. The business is still not getting much traction. What could be wrong?

We can't actually pin point the cause until we know some details.
It might be something not in demand, in wrong location , maybe not the right kind of advertising to reach the target audience, some glitch in execution...the reasons can be any one of these or a combination of these.
