Trump warned of grave consequences if killings of protesters continue. For me, the most relevant aspect is escalation. Personally, I think it’s worrying how rhetoric intensifies. What surprises me is the bluntness of threats. For me, the most important step is diplomacy. In the end, I believe this warning raises fears of direct confrontation.
