According to the report, Former President Joe Biden granted blanket pardons to five family members in the last hour of his presidency, the final acts of clemency that also included sweeping pardons for members of Congress who investigated Trump’s role in the assault on the Capitol four years ago.

Former President Biden said: “My family has been subjected to unrelenting attacks and threats, motivated solely by a desire to hurt me — the worst kind of partisan politics. Unfortunately, I have no reason to believe these attacks will end,” Biden said in a written statement.

The report said that the full and unconditional pardons — for any nonviolent offenses committed since 2014 — were signed on Sunday but not announced until Monday, 21 minutes before ceding power to President Donald Trump. Those pardoned included brothers James Biden and Francis Biden, sister Valerie Biden Owens, and James’ and Valerie’s spouses.

The report added that Biden previously gave a blanket pardon to his son, Hunter Biden, who was about to be sentenced on gun and tax evasion charges. Biden said the pardons for his family should not be taken as admission or acknowledgment of any crime. Republicans had promised investigations into what they called the “Biden crime family,” which they said benefited financially from Biden’s access to world leaders during his term as vice president.

Trump pardon his distant family members and allies when he got fire on his last term. So takes one to know one. It is normal being the head of state to pardon a family member who is wrongly accused.

Yes this is why I don't blame him for doing that. He just needed to save his family members and have them pardoned

How could a father deny his children who are wrongly accused of a crime they did not commit , according to the source..

That would be an impossible thing to do. A father protects as such we don't expect otherwise from Biden

Even in my case, I will do my very best to save my family how much more to the side of Biden. People must not judge him as bias.

That's why we are humans we try to be humane with one another. you can't just look away when your family members are in trouble

Blood is thicker than water and it is already proven. What President Biden did was admirable not only from his family but to those who value strong bonds of families.
