According to the report, China is bracing for a renewed US-China trade war as Xi Jinping unveils a series of strategic countermeasures.

The report said that following US restrictions on AI chip components, Beijing banned exports of rare metals, launched a probe into Nvidia Corp., and restricted key drone components to the US and Europe.

The report added that these moves, paired with hints of monetary easing and potential yuan depreciation, signal China’s readiness for tough negotiations under Trump’s new presidency. Are these measures enough to counteract tariffs and protect China’s economy?

China knows how to deal with Donald Trump. Despite his 2018 trade wars, Chinese exports kept rising ever since. This year alone, the Chinese trade surplus is expected to cross a record $1 trillion. It is India who should be worried about Trump, the USA is the only country where India enjoys a trade surplus and that is unacceptable to Trump's agenda for America- one viewer said.

China is also a giant country with a lot of resources, so what Trump does never stirs China. President Xi already declared war with the USA. President Trump must be careful with his decisions. He might offend many nation leaders.
