If you don't abide with these virtues then don't operate a business. If you're honest to your customers selling to them quality products, not a recycled one then rest assured trust follows from them. It's crucial if you offend your customers because of your aim to profit more, notwithstanding that in offending them, your worth as a business person becomes low.

Trust is built in months or years and once it's broken retrieving them is impossible. Don't give your customers an impasse state of mind because you're not the only business operators, many surround you, you matter only in character and sincerity to them.
