Twelve individuals have minor injuries after an American Airlines plane caught fire at the Denver airport

Twelve people had minor injuries and went to the hospital after an American Airlines plane landed and caught fire at Denver International Airport on Thursday, according to news. The deployment of slides enabled for immediate passenger evacuation. Flight 1006 from Colorado Springs Airport to Dallas-Fort Worth, diverted to Denver International Airport because of engine vibrations. Good thing, they landed safely around 5:15 PM. The FAA reported that a Boeing 737-800 had a fire while taxiing to its gate. According to airline officials, all 172 passengers and 6 crew members were escorted to the terminal.

They are so lucky it did not happen while the plan was still on air, and there was no deaths, besides some injuries.
