That man lacked composure. There are ways to stop a ferocious dog by stoning it or shouting at it. The dog will be afraid.

I think at this moment the dog was already captured and euthanized. The owners should have trained their dogs to be human friendly and not to kill. The dog owners are liable to pay the crime.

That's the unfortunate situation now. There will be no way out as they owners are edicted and they would pay.

The payment should not be cash but imprisonment. They should pay the crime. Hoping there is feedback of this news. It's unfair if the dog owners live in freedom and alive.
