If they come with a visa and no enrollment in a course, why should they be allowed in? If they do not understand their rights, they should have educated themselves first. Don't fret the Australian government will foot all their legal bills.

Australia needs to stop the student visas who come to study and should not have any options to remain in Australia. If they want to apply for residency then they should do it separately. Stop those corrupt law guys, keep helping immigration mafias.
