According to PAGASA, Typhoon Leon has become a super typhoon and is endangering the Philippines' northern Luzon region. The storm's eye is located east of Calayan, Cagayan, which is around 350 kilometers away. It is currently moving at 10 kilometers per hour in a west-northwest direction. The typhoon has sustained winds of 185 kilometers per hour, with gusts up to 240 kilometers per hour. Batanes, Babuyan Islands’ easter portion, and NE Cagayan are under signal number 3. Signal number 4 will be heaved in Batanes Wednesday afternoon.
