The United Arab Emirates has introduced tax exemptions for crypto related activities that involve transfer of crypto and conversion from one crypto to the other. That means VAT doesn't apply to these crypto activities.

I also read the news that UAE exempts vat from managing investment funds, transfers and conversions of crypto. Crypto is considered a tradable representation of value. Companies or individuals can also claim the VAT paid.
That is a good motive as far as the cryocurrency adoption is concerned. I think that would encourage more people to interact with cryocurrency in the nation.
