The report said that Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin held a high-profile summit in Alaska on Aug. 15, failing to resolve the Ukraine war but emphasising economic and energy cooperation. Discussions highlighted potential US-Russia business deals, including LNG projects and Sakhalin-1 investment, while both leaders praised mutual understanding and signalled a warming of bilateral ties.

Putin remains strong and bossy. Trump cannot convince Putin to end the war with Ukraine. Trump has another interest meeting with Putin .

Russia and United States government is two most powerful countries in the world. They can leverage other countries lack of development and military prowess to better their lifes, businesses and economic growth. Am very sure Ukraine is not likely to be the top issue or agenda
